Terms
Last updated October 14, 2026.
These terms are short, because the service is small. They cover this website, the sign-in code emails sent from authorize-path.com, and the contact addresses on this site.
The service
Authorized Path Forward delivers one-time sign-in codes by email, on behalf of a group of member sites, when someone asks for a code at a member site’s sign-in screen. That is all this domain sends. Nothing on this site is for sale, and nothing here signs you up for anything.
Member sites
Each member site has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and those govern your account there. We deliver the code and nothing more. We give no warranty for any member site and take no responsibility for its content, its service, or its decisions about your account.
Using the service
- Only ask for codes for an email address that is yours.
- Keep your code to yourself. We will never ask for it.
- Don’t use our emails, this website or our addresses to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone, and don’t probe, overload or interfere with the service.
The contact addresses
hello@, abuse@, postmaster@, privacy@ and legal@ at authorize-path.com exist so that people and mail operators can reach us, and we read them. Use them for that. Don’t send them bulk mail, automated mail, or anything unlawful.
No warranty
This website and our emails are provided as they are. We work to deliver every code promptly, but email passes through networks and mailbox providers we don’t control, so we can’t promise that every code arrives, or arrives in time. To the extent the law allows, Marisol Email Systems, Co. is not liable for any loss that follows from a code arriving late, not arriving at all, or going to an address that was entered incorrectly, nor for anything a member site does or fails to do.
The operator
Authorized Path Forward is operated by Marisol Email Systems, Co., 1280 102nd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, United States. Its point of contact is Peter Gensing. Legal notices and questions about these terms: legal@authorize-path.com, or by post to the address above.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Florida, United States, govern these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the service after a change means you accept the terms as changed.
